• COD is available only in metro cities.

🔹 Shipping & Delivery

• India only delivery.
• Evaraz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond reasonable control.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.

🔹 Returns & Replacement

• Returns allowed only for color change or non-damage issues within 7 days.
• Manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement only.
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

• On-site jewellery creation at events will be provided as per pre-agreed schedules.
• Customized pieces made at events are non-returnable.
